ROLL FORMING

In our machine stock, there is a roller profiler, which allows us to produce a wide range of open or closed profiles from a metal strip or forms. Compared to classic bending methods (e.g. press brake), it allows for at least several dozen times faster production while reducing its costs.

The machine for the production of cold-formed profiles, in addition to bending (profiling) operations, is equipped with a press and a guillotine, which extends its scope of production possibilities by e.g. perforation, cutting, creasing.

The design of the machines guarantees their long lasting working time, and the shape of the profiles can be changed along with the equipment.
